BUSINESS HOURS
Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM holidays are not included. Though you may receive proofs or be contacted on the weekend or after hours, those are not times included in your project timeframe. Any requests will be responded to the following business day.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
The R Collection does not provide refunds for any service. ALL payments are final and there are absolutely no refunds! Once your payment is processed we immediately get started on your designs. If you wish to cancel your project for any reason your payment will be forfeited as compensation for the time and creativity put into your project. By submitting payment to The R Collection GPX you are acknowledging your agreement to these terms.
SAMPLES
Samples are sent for approval purposes only. They may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed. Samples should be expected within 7-9 Business Days of the date the order was placed. For Website Design orders you will receive proofs when designing is completed after your quoted timeframe.
REVISIONS
Packages are not customizable. Any changes and revisions are optional and based on the client. Revisions are based on the client’s wishes and may affect the completion time frame. Revisions are minor changes to the design such as color changes, font changes, and repositioning. Projects that allow revisions have a 2 revision limit. Any additional revisions is separate $15 charge per revision. This is to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner. Any revisions for all projects that are not initially stated in your Design Questionnaire will incur an additional fee.
TURN AROUND
ALL projects (design proofs if the order must be shipped) are a 5-7 business day turnaround, unless otherwise specified. Projects that must be shipped are a 10-12 business day turnaround depending on shipping, unless otherwise specified. Websites are a 3-4 week turnaround. Our goal is to complete all projects within the time frame, but some may required more time. Project timeframes are only an estimate and are subject to change due to workload or unforeseen issues.

SATIN BAGS
Please allow 2-3 weeks for printing depending on quantity. Satin Bag pricing only include a 2-color print and up to 2 word solid color tagline limit. Only you main logo and a tagline such as Boutique, Hair Collection, Nail Bar, etc. are included. Any additional colors are wording will be a pricing upcharge.
